What is Cats & Rhythmical Restaurant?

You manage a seaside restaurant in a corner of your desktop while cats automatically catch fish, cook, and serve guests. You name new cats, dress them in costumes, expand the floor, and arrange seating and decorations. The restaurant keeps earning currency while you're away.
