What is Rogue Islands?

You play Motwort, a gnome wizard trying to defeat the Lords of Torment, in a single-player fantasy action game. Each run takes you through procedurally generated islands, where you explore, fight creatures and bosses, and gather gems. Imbuing those gems with defeated enemies' spirits lets you unlock or upgrade spells.
