What is Caesar™ IV?

This single-player city-building strategy game puts you in charge of a Roman province as you work toward becoming Caesar. You plan cities, manage finances and trade, and command legions against invasions. A career takes you through different provinces, while standalone scenarios and a sandbox mode provide other ways to play.
