What is Patchwork?

In this digital board game, each match is a quilt-making contest: choose fabric patches, fit them into a quilt, and account for their button costs and sewing time. Fill your quilt and collect buttons to win against a computer opponent or another player locally or online.

Does Patchwork have co-op or multiplayer?

Yes: PvP online and split-screen. It also has a single-player mode. Crossplay with other platforms is declared. With Remote Play Together, one copy is enough to play the local modes online with friends.
