What is Panoptic?

Panoptic is a local stealth game set in a world watched by a giant Overseer, played in short head-to-head matches across several levels. The VR player controls the Overseer, searching crowds and firing a slow-charging eye laser. The PC player is a tiny rebel who blends into those crowds while destroying the Overseer's energy orbs.
