What is I Hate Running Backwards?

This roguelite shooter follows Serious Sam and other characters trapped across different time periods. You collect weapons and perks, destroy scenery with melee attacks, and battle Mental's minions and bosses in repeated runs. Beating the final boss starts a tougher loop.
