What is Arms Race - TCWE?

A single-player, map-based strategy game in which you lead the United States or Soviet Union from the 1950s through the 1990s. In real-time or turn-based play, you allocate funds, station troops, establish spy networks, support friendly governments or rebels, and develop military and space technology.
