What is Empires in Ruins?

This single-player, isometric strategy game follows Sergeant Hans Heimer as he suppresses a rebellion in a corrupt principality. You conquer provinces, appoint governors, improve production, and manage diplomacy and research on a turn-based campaign map, then build defenses and fight battles in real time.
