What is 异常 | Exception?

You play system operator 159 in a single-player strategy game set in a virtual world, where a program makes an unusual request. In each level, you use a graphical programming language to direct different unit types against enemies. Battles run automatically without intervention; changing your instructions requires restarting the level.
