What is The Surge 2?

This third-person, single-player action RPG takes place in Jericho City, where you wake after a plane crash to find the city under martial law and a nanostorm spreading. Explore the city, fight soldiers, robots, and bosses, and cut off enemy limbs to collect equipment.
