What is Super Meat Shooter?

This single-player first-person shooter takes place in a plague-stricken kingdom, where you and your girlfriend are immune workers trying to survive. You fight through 23 levels across dungeons, palaces, laboratories, and other locations, searching for secret rooms and using six weapons, including a shovel and nail gun.
