What is Strategic Command Classic: WWII?

This World War II strategy game has players command major and minor nations in land and naval combat across Europe and the Pacific. It combines open-ended full campaigns beginning at key stages of the war with shorter operations that use set objectives and turn limits, and includes a campaign editor.
