What is Zanki Zero: Last Beginning?

This grid-based RPG combines dungeon exploration with visual novel storytelling in a flooded, post-apocalyptic world. You explore islands and ruins, gather food and materials, fight monsters in real time, and manage your party's bodily needs. Each chapter follows a different clone uncovering their past sins, while all eight age through short lifespans that change their abilities.
