What is PLAYNE : The Meditation Game?
This first-person meditation game takes place on an island that grows with daily practice. You choose session lengths, follow guided meditations and breathing exercises, and use a mindfulness journal; sessions grow trees and unlock weather and time controls. A fox shares the island's story, while Sandbox mode lets you plant nature spaces and Evolve mode unlocks a larger island to explore.
