What is DAISENRYAKU PERFECT 4.0?
This single-player wargame pits up to eight factions against each other on large hex-grid maps using modern military units. You move troops, capture cities, and manage supplies and production. In the campaign, victories earn points for new units, and surviving units carry over between battles.
