What is Almost Alive?

Almost Alive is a single-player 2.5D RPG set after a mutated virus and nuclear war. You fight, sneak, steal, pick locks, and choose whom to help or betray while pursuing revenge to recover your memories. Your actions also affect your character’s sanity.
