What is The Last Hex?
In this single-player fantasy deckbuilder, you fight monsters with cards and travel across randomized maps to stop an undead leader. Camps, cities, and events provide chances to grow stronger, but exploring also gives an advancing army time to destroy locations and strengthen your foe.
For you if...
- +you enjoy planning routes with the whole map visible
- +you like managing potions and equipment alongside your cards
Not for you if...
- −you prefer real-time action over turn-based card battles
- −you want a fixed campaign rather than randomized runs
What players say
77% of 187 reviews are positive
Players praise the range of card combinations, character builds, and replayability. They criticize inconsistent card and encounter balance and a lack of polish.
