What is Three Kingdoms 2019 阿达三国志2019 横版?

A strategy RPG set in Three Kingdoms-era China, where you play a ruler who recruits generals and captures cities to unify the country. In turn-based battles, you choose skills for four generals before each round. After capturing 20 cities, you can enter an online map and contest cities against other players.
