What is Narcos: Rise of the Cartels?
A single-player turn-based tactics game set during the conflict between the DEA and the Medellín Cartel in 1980s Colombia. In separate campaigns for each side, you build a squad, upgrade skills, move units through battles, and take direct control for some shots.
