What is Nine Noir Lives?

A single-player, 2D adventure set in Meow Meow Furrington, a city populated by cats. You switch between private investigator Cuddles and his assistant Tabby, exploring hand-drawn locations, talking to characters, and solving puzzles as they investigate a murder that threatens the balance between rival crime families.
