What is PARANOID?

As Patrick Calman, you explore late-1980s locations, solve puzzles, and fight with guns and melee weapons in a single-player, first-person horror adventure. An apparent call from your long-missing sister sets up two narrative paths: investigate a neighbor from home, or leave to buy medication and meet her.
