What is Obenseuer?

This single-player, open-world life sim is in Early Access. Forced to relocate to a sealed-off district of Stalburg, you gain ownership of an unfinished apartment building through a clerical error. You renovate and rent apartments, craft furniture and equipment, grow crops, and complete quests for locals; theft and break-ins can land you in jail.
