What is Out There: Oceans of Time?

You play Commander Nyx in a single-player adventure across a galaxy that differs each playthrough, searching for the Archon, who seeks to dominate its civilizations. You lead planetary expeditions to gather supplies, recruit alien crew members, manage your ship’s systems, and communicate, trade, and negotiate with other species.
