What is Partisans 1941?

An isometric real-time tactics game set behind German lines on the World War II Eastern Front, where a Red Army commander builds a partisan resistance group. You guide a squad through missions using stealth, ambushes, and direct combat, then recruit fighters and manage supplies at a woodland camp between missions.
