What is Victory and Glory: The American Civil War?

In this single-player, turn-based American Civil War wargame, you command the Union or Confederacy against AI forces in historical or alternate-history scenarios. Move armies, recruit troops, capture cities, and use event cards. You can resolve land battles automatically or fight them using a tactical battle system.
