What is Chang'an: The capital of Tang Dynasty?

This single-player city builder is set in eighth-century Chang'an on a map at the city's real-world scale. You place homes, commercial buildings, and public facilities within predefined square districts called fang, reaching milestones to unlock landmarks such as the Great Wild Goose Pagoda.
