What is City of Gangsters?
This turn-based management game takes place in a US city at the start of Prohibition in 1920. As a newcomer building a criminal business, you source materials, make and distribute illegal alcohol, open speakeasies, and manage a crew and local contacts while dealing with rivals and police.
