What is Kapital: Sparks of Revolution?

A single-player, isometric city-building simulation where you govern a city divided into nobles, bourgeois, and workers. You manage construction and production, decide who receives food and shelter first, research technologies, and pass laws while responding to epidemics, sabotage, and riots.
