What is Pro Cycling Manager 2021?
A professional cycling management simulation that includes the Tour de France. In Career mode, you build or run a team, recruit riders and staff, manage finances and training, and set race objectives. Pro Cyclist mode instead follows a rider you create and develop through a racing career.
