What is Combat Mission Cold War?

This 3D military simulation spans 1979–1982, covering hypothetical fighting around West Germany's Fulda Gap and training exercises in California's Mojave Desert. You command US or Soviet formations across standalone scenarios and campaigns, including an imagined Soviet invasion of West Germany.
