What is The Repair House: Restoration Sim?

A single-player restoration simulator centered on a repair workshop. You disassemble objects, source missing parts, wash and sandblast surfaces, then paint and reassemble them. Between projects, you search barns, shop at flea markets, and bid on items or storage lots.
