What is Plan B: Terraform?

In this single-player sci-fi simulation, humanity seeks a habitable world on a newly discovered planet. You raise its temperature, turn underground ice into rivers and oceans, and spread vegetation while mining resources, manufacturing goods, and moving them by truck, train, drone, and ship to supply growing cities.
