What is Oxygen?

This single-player survival city builder takes place after volcanic gases leave the air dangerously low in oxygen. Build a settlement around an Oxygen Center, assign survivors to work, manage food, water, and power, research buildings, and prepare for frosts, droughts, and deadly winds.
