What is Surgeon Simulator?

A first-person, single-player surgery game where you play Nigel Burke, a would-be surgeon performing transplants with unconventional tools. You control his hand and individual fingers to handle instruments and organs during procedures in an operating room, a corridor, and a moving ambulance.
