What is Operation Octo?

You play an octopus scientist fighting skeletons in a single-player action tower defense game. You place sea creature turrets, transform them with dropped elixirs, and move around to dodge attacks. Levels span three underwater biomes with environmental hazards and dedicated boss fights.
