What is SCP: Bloodwater?

You run the SCP Foundation's Red Pool containment site as its new director in this single-player, 2D strategy game. You harvest valuable organic material, deploy troops to attack and defend, and choose whether to invest in conventional weapons or genetic research that turns the pool's monsters against it.
