What is Full Metal Sergeant 2?

A single-player management and strategy game in which you run a military boot camp. Over a twelve-week cycle, you construct training areas, spend weekly training points, and assign recruits to nine specializations before leading them on tactical missions. Personal traits, injuries, mental breakdowns, and desertion complicate training.
