What is Kaiju-A-GoGo?

You play a mad scientist in an action strategy game about conquering the world with a human-controlled giant monster. Choose a scientist and monster, launch attacks on cities from an island lair, and weaken regional resistance to take over the globe within five years while rival scientists develop monsters of their own.
