What is Phantasmal: Survival Horror Roguelike?

This first-person survival horror roguelike takes place in Kowloon Walled City before its demolition in the early nineties. You scavenge supplies, sneak past otherworldly creatures, and use distractions or weapons to navigate procedurally generated floors. Death ends your run, but you keep earned money for upgrades and items to help next time.
