What is Turmoil?

A 2D management and strategy game set during North America's 19th-century oil rush. In campaign rounds, you bid for land, find oil, build rigs and pipe networks, store or sell production as prices change, and buy upgrades and town shares in a race to become mayor. It also has procedurally generated single games and online matches against friends or random opponents.
