What is Lift It?

In this gym simulator, you train on Gym Island using bench presses, squats, deadlifts, and a treadmill to raise different character stats. Defeating gym owners earns money for equipment and temporary stat boosts, while combat uses directional attacks and blocks. You can also travel to Labyrinth Island and Zombie Island.

For you if...

  • +you want one-on-one sword duels against other players
  • +you enjoy diversions like playing guitar and dancing

Not for you if...

  • −you want combat decided by skill alone, without equipment advantages

What players say
