What is Soviet City?
You serve as mayor of a Soviet city in this real-time strategy game, placing buildings and keeping residents working toward five-year plans with limited materials. Games are short, and every building changes a terror meter that affects productivity. Excessive terror triggers rebellion, while too little can get you replaced by the dictator.
