What is The Meter is Running?

This is a single-player, 2D point-and-click management game set in Istanbul, where you have 15 days to repay a debt or lose your taxi dispatch. You hire drivers, assign them to customers across a city map, and buy permanent garage upgrades between shifts. Each shift lasts roughly 15–20 minutes.
