What is Starship Theory?

This single-player, 2D space simulation starts with four survivors lost in unknown space. You design and expand their starship, mine asteroids, research technology, and trade with passing vessels. Combat involves targeting enemy components and managing heat, with warp jumps as a way to escape danger.
