What is Affliction?

This single-player, first-person horror shooter takes place in Ghulovka, a fictional Eastern European country in civil war. As Vasya, a patient seeking answers about their identity, you explore a research complex, wilderness, and a desolate city across a campaign of separate maps, fighting military squads and mutants.
