What is Sigma Theory: Global Cold War?
A single-player, turn-based strategy game about running a national espionage division in the near future, as rival powers race to exploit a scientific breakthrough. You recruit four agents, send them abroad to recruit scientists and gather political leverage, and track enemy operatives. Scientist extractions play out as turn-based field operations.
