What is Big Pharma?
Big Pharma is an isometric, single-player management sim and logistics puzzle about running a drug company. You develop medicines by discovering ingredients, researching equipment, and fitting production lines into limited factory space while competing with rival firms in a shifting market. It has scenario challenges, custom games, and a freebuild mode.
